With over 35 years’ industry experience, ranging from an apprentice boilermaker to HR/IR, Quality and Safety Manager, Ian has a full cross section of knowledge to ensure a holistic approach when providing services to our clients. Over the last 25 years, Ian has worked across numerous industries in management roles, such as manufacturing, engineering, oil/gas, solar farm construction, focusing on HR, Quality and Safety, taking a hands-on approach to understand the dynamics of each business. With his qualifications in Quality Assurance and as a Lead Internal/External Auditor, Ian looks after the general auditing and Quality Assurance aspects for our clients, from on the ground undertaking QA acceptance inspections through to developing and implementing QA Systems. Recently, Ian has taken the lead servicing our renewable energy clients, including project safety manager role on a number of solar farm constructions projects.
